Last week I misplaced one of my bags within my bag. And shocker: none of the men in my office understood my immediate onset of anxiety, my sheer panic.
I’m one of those woman who, on any given day is carrying an oversized bag, with at least 4 separate bags inside. I have my striped wristlet that carries all of my electronic necessities: a wall charger for my MacBook Pro, my iPhone 5 and my iPad. Plus my headphones. I have an old clasped mini clutch that is stuffed with everything from pens to stamps to stain sticks. And then there’s my bag that acts as a full service pharmacy on the go. Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Execedrin, allergy meds, decongestants, Visine, Bandaids, blister sticks. You name it, I got it.
And yes, sir, I do need each and every one of them. Small leather bags, cute mini zippers. Snaps and clasps.
